Very bad customer Service. <br> <br> I sent my defy front loader washing machine for repairs to Alberton Refigeration, I was given a quotation which I accepted. The machine was returned but not fixed, its been 2 weeks now and to date no courtesy call from Timothy \the Manager"<br> <br> Everytime I call an incompetent person who can hardly speak answers the phone"
