Pool Paint and damage pool

Supplier received deposit to revamp pool my paint with his Nano Seal and Nano paint. Contractor use grinders in pool and damages the marbling and tiles. He tried various attempts to fill holes with all types of fillers incl dry wall filler. He painted pool oner Marks and holes. Paint peeled within days. Contractor the removed marbleite at various areas leaving huge holes. Request for deposit refund refused more than once. Contractor then serve me with a quote of R18000.00 to remarble as entire surface and tiles are damaged and cannot be patched. Paint also coming off. Contractor still refuse to refund and left damage pool with wholes. I have all messages reflecting acknowledgement and agreement his disappoinment with his staff for grinding wholes in the surface and sides...yet he refuce to do a refund. 3 Independent damage reports reflects bad workmanship and excessive damage on inner pool and tiles by grinders. Pool now has to be redone at my cost. Quotes received beteen R18000.00 and R26000.00. Upon investigation i found that this guy...namely Kenny Smith and owner of PT Africa Coatings done same with other clients...took their money and left them with huge losses. Records avai
