no feedback on my Provident fund over 5months
To Whom it May Concern<br> <br> I am writing this report to complain about Tsebo Fedics Catering Sasol-Secunda which is delaying for paying my provident fund.<br> <br> I have resigned on the 24 April 2015 and my manager was Murray at that time. <br> <br> After 3 months i phoned head office Johannesburg many times and i was put on hold many times.<br> <br> Only on my forty (40) phone calls to head office Johannesburg I was told by Lebu that they are still processing with my file and days after I phoned again and I was told that my file was at Old Mutual. <br> <br> Since then, when i phone head office i am put on hold for hours without having any feedback.<br> <br> Every time when I phone, once the lady on the other line heard my name, she just put me on hold until the phone drops.<br> <br> What have i done to deserve such treatment? <br> When will i receive what is due to me because I want my money.<br> <br> Nombulelo.
