I had bought Sourdough Bread at Kings Meat Deli in Lynnwood, Pretoria of Chantelle's Sourdough Creations and it is the real authentic sourdough and the best bread I had ever tasted. If you love Sourdough Bread, follow her on FB @ Chantelle's Sourdough Creations for more information.
Me and my husband went to Crawdaddy's in Brooklyn for Valentine's day and the service, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Our waiter was very professional and friendly and we really had a good time there. Thank you Cfrawdaddy's for a wonderful experience,
I have sent numerous emails to 'edg****nquiries@rcsgroup.co.za' and received messages on 16, 19, 23 and 27 October wherein you stated that feedback will be given within 48 hours and its not true because it is now more than 2 weeks that I am waiting for feedback. I have sent an email to you on 15 October 2020 regarding the 6 month’s interest free plan which I am on for more than 30 years because I could see on 13 August 2020 there is a transaction on 20m budget with 17.5% interest. And on the attached statement the details on the budget transactions still states the 20m with 17.5% interest and I can see that I had been charged of R69.97. I don’t understand why I have to pay interest if I am on the 6 month’s interest free plan ? I don’t pay less than the monthly instalment owed by myself to be on the 6 month’s interest free plan. I also queried that there is an item on Credit Life personal insurance of a total amount of R56.76 as well as Edgards Club Life Fee of R56.00 which I requested in my email of 13 August 2020 had to be stopped because I am covered and don’t want or need the insurance and requested an explanation about the Take on balance to the amount of R96.04 on my account? The response I received from Tasneem is as follows: Please accept our humblest apologies, we are aware of the error and we are currently working on rectifying this. Please note that purchase amount(dated 13th August 2020) which reflects on your September statement, this is the Take on balance which reflects as a purchase. This will be changed as from the October statement. Cancellation of subscriptions will be sent to relevant department. @info. kindly assist with below request from customer Kind Regards Tasneem Not sure what to do more from my side to get a response from the RCS group about my queries and to rectify the unlawfully deductions from my account : 700100100009314840 (acc nr)
I bought a large Bacon and Avo pizza at Romans, Waterkloof Ridge on 24 July 2019 (order nr 135). When I arrived home (Moreletta Park) and started to eat I realized that the pizza dough is raw on the inside (I took pictures that I can forward to Romans) but because it’s quite a distance to travel back to Waterkloof Ridge I had to throw away the pizza because I tried to bake it in the oven but it didn’t bake throughout the dough.
I would like to warn the public about a new stunt Vodacom is pulling. I checked my airtime balance on 30 June at 20:57, and it was R628.26 and 461.33 MB. On 01 July at 06:53 I checked my airtime balance and it was R740.00 and 969.07 MB. On the 1st of a month, I must get my new allocated airtime of R370. This I did not receive. I called Vodacom Customer Care to find out why have I not received R370 airtime as per my contract and they told me that I have forfeited R258.20 because I haven’t used enough airtime in 3 months. ***? It is blatant stealing because it is my airtime that I have paid for and because I take care to keep airtime for emergencies and to use when I need it, I am penalized by almost 2/3 of my monthly contribution? Is that fare from Vodacom to penalize me because according to their rules I haven’t used enough of my airtime. I want my airtime I paid for.
In PnP leaflet valid from 5 Nov - 26 December they advertise a Philips Hand Mixer, Model HR1459/70. I was at 3 PnP shops, Waterkloof, Menlyn and Atterbury and they do have Philips Hand Mixers but not the one with the Model nr as advertised. The store managers just told me that the Philips Hand Mixers they have in stock is not the same model number but the price are exactly the same as advertised, R499 and now R299 on special. How is it possible that you can advertise a hand mixer but it is not available even at the bigger shops e.g. PnP Hyper? Was the wrong model nr advertised or where can I get one advertised at R299?
We have supported Romans Pizza in Waterkloof Lifestyle Shopping Centre, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, for many years. This Romans Pizza, will not see us again. On Tuesday 31 July 2018, they had a special where you can purchase 2 Salami Pizza's for R99. We ordered 4 pizzas, these 2 + 2 others. We requested that the order be ready at 15:00. When we arrived, they were still making it and had to wait until 15:20. We ordered hours beforehand. When the salami pizza's came out, they had pepperoni on top. We said we asked for Salami. They said, that is their salami, and they do not do salami pizza's. I was utterly disgusted. The simple non-care and fob off was astonishing. We already paid at that point, and if we didn't I would have left taking no pizza's. It is clear this Roman's pizza got comfortable and do not care about customers anymore. Luckily for us, many places make pizza's and be assured, this will be the last time that we eat Romans pizza. You can keep you salami. We will now be getting our pizza's from the Spar at Monumentpark around the corner. Good riddance. Arrogant.

Since I took out my contract in January 2016, I do spot checks on my airtime and MB and on 31 Jan 2017 my airtime was R1757.34, on 01 Feb my airtime of R350 should have been added and my total should have been R2107.34 but on 3 Feb 2017 it was only R1957.21. My contract is R350 airtime per month and I realised that my airtime is not correct. I called the Customer Care on 4 Feb and the agent told me that I have forfeited R144 because according to your records I haven’t used enough of my airtime during a certain period and therefore it fell away.

Vodacom has my cell nr, email address and other contact details and I never received any communication from you in this regard. It is my money that pays my contract, so how can you (one sided decision) decide that I would forfeit my airtime because according to you I don’t manage my airtime correct. I don’t use all my airtime during a month but I do buy data bundles, make phone calls, etc. Why must I be punished because I use my airtime sparingly ? Forfeiting my airtime equals theft because you stole R144 of my airtime without my consent. I want my R144 airtime back.

My mom is a 75 year old pensioner and has a J1, Samsung phone. She cant afford a contract and is on pay as you go. She buys R110 airtime monthly (15th of the month) .

We have wi-fi at home, and my mom uses here phone only when connected to wi-fi.

2 Months ago we saw data and airtime disappear. Called Vodacom customer care because even when she was connected to our wifi, mobile data would be deducted. Phone was set to data switched off while connected to wifi.

On 24 Dec 2016 we called Vodacom again as data and airtime disappeared again. We started to keep record of the data and airtime few times daily

At

24 Dec 10:10 there was R347.77 and 100 MB - just bought.

24 Dec 21:50 R345.77 and 99.58 MB. R2 missing for no reason and didnt make a call, and half a meg missing.

25 Dec 10:40 R344.03 and 99.53 MB

25 Dec 13:34 R344.03 and 84.98 MB. 15 meg missing.

26 Dec 6:25 R344.03 and 80.02 MB

27 Dec 5:45 only 26.44 MB and didnt use phone during the night

27 Dec 8:45 R331.99 and 0.97 MB

27 Dec 8:54 R262.44 and 0.00 MB (while talking to Vodacom customer care)

Airtime is depleted within days and during these days while my Mom was connected to wifi for most of the time. Vodacom can not explain this. Airtime also vanishing into thin air.

Phone is also set to do system / app updates when connected to wifi.

We are very unhappy with the situation, and want this sorted out. We tried everthing to stop the depletion of data and airtime, but nothing works.
