Failing to respond when contacted

Good dray, I have approached Creative Web Design (CWD) owned by Morne Boshoff, to compile a website for my business. We had a meeting where we discussed the basics and I would supply CWD the info thereafter. Morne requested a 50% deposit, where I have committed myself that I will make a full payment, as he appeared decent, which I did when I received CWD's banking details. I have yet not received a Pro-Forma nor a Invoice from him, (it is standard procedure to provide). He supplied me with a draft two weeks later and we both agreed to \publish"the web site as per the draft and Morne promised/agreed to finalize the website when all my products were ready and pictures taken of within the next week or so. I tried contact Morne on numerous occasions per email"
