Vumatel is the worse out there. No communication at all without internet for more than 24hours and still waiting. I CALL THEM TWICE BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I don't know what to do.
If there were no stars I would gave them nothing. I upgrade black Friday and when device arrived it was a new contract. send the device back and cancelled it now still Vodacom is charging me for the new contract. I struggle 2 months to cancel. I even went so far in cancelling my debit order. Today again I try to cancel and NO ONE can help.. VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE IS USELESS.. I need to get hold of top management to help to cancel.
I upgrade online with Vodacom when I received the device I found out instead of upgrade Vodacom gave me a new contract. I send the device back and cancelled it but STILL got a invoice for the new line. Trying to get the right person or department to cancel this is a nightmary on its own. NO ONE CAN HELP me.. Now Vodacom will debit me for this and I didnt even apply or want this.. NEVER AGAIN with Vodacom
Today - 20 Nov 2023 time.. 11:14am - Call Centre phoned me from number 079 208 1236, the lady offered me a upgrade apparently a black Friday deal. Deal is.. 2 x Samsung S23FE 1 x watch 1 x internet ****le for only R658 She recorded is the conversation and also SAID she will send me a email confirming this deal. No email was send, also when I followed up with call Centre no deal like that exist. The lady was ****ming me and I'm a very unhappy client. I'm going to go to a different network and rather cancel than upgrade.
BEWARE don't use the XOC EXPRESS SERVICE, your delivery might not make it in one piece sending it with The courier Guy, even asking them for fragile stickers they still handle your boxes so badly.. Then don't take responsibility for damages. It doesn't even help bubble wrap it, it is actually disgusting.. please guys be careful DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
When I went for my COVID test the nurse at Lancet said I don't need a referring doctor to claim the test money back from Discovery, I got all the requested documents codes and everything for the claims department and now getting a message saying I need a referring doctor. If the nurse said to me go to the doctor first I would have wait but she advise it is fine and Discovery will definitely pay for this test. I have thousands in my savings and still Discovery don't want to pay out. I'm actually at this point to not refer anyone to use Discovery and so glad I didn't use them as my car Insurance.. Service went down they not what they use to be..
Lately battling with claims, I went for a covid test the 31st of December and struggle to get this claim sorted. No one getting back to me and the previous consultant advise he will get the missing information for this claim and call me back still waiting for him and this is a week later.
Scam!!!!!! Don't use these people.. they came out fixing our solar panels I paid them R1000 and it is still broken.. on on top of it they damage our ceiling board with water damage.. promising us they will fix it and never came back to fix anything. Stay away!!!!! Its not even worth one star..
I'm trying to cancel a upgrade, placed the order and trying to cancel that same day. It is now a week later and feels like a loosing battle. I'm hoping to upgrade on black friday but seems non of the vodacom support members can actually help me.
They are the worse, I'm in such a pickle we cancel with Afrihost starting with web Africa and now web Africa can only send me a router in 3 days. it is such a problem working from home and I did mentioned it to web Africa before and they just don't care. They are so rude, putting the phone down in my ear. Open serve did the installation today and we going to be without internet from the 1st of May and Web Africa just don't care.
