Very cooperative and good customer service. They pushed Amazon for a refund. Amazon, system/operator at the start, did not complete the claim process, and the refund took +_ a month.
This company is terrible; they cancel a contract and then go ahead and still deduct money. Never get involved or even get near them with a pole. Their service is just very, very bad.
This is the worst Tracking company that you can get. They still owe me money are still deducting money after cancellation.
After canceling, they keep on deducting money. The customer service is terrible, the emails on their web pages do not work, the debtor email comes back to you, even the sales. All over a very very bad company to partner with.
Matrix tracking's customer care is undoubtedly one of the worst ever. You can not get to a CEO, Sales Manager, or complaints department. Since the last Hello Peter complaint, nothing has happened, and the problem still exists. We have no service and are paying every month. In essence, we have paid for the past two months without any service.
Matrix's customer service is the worst than yo can get. We have reported to them more than 5 times that our system is not tracking. According to them we need an upgrade. They wil contact us. But no response. For the past two months we have been paying but no service. The system is registered in my wifes name. Cornelia. If you look at the reviews it seems as if it is customer words no action. The top management is just as useless.
We encountered a no hot water supply. Carlos stated to my wife that the only way to resolve this is by installing a new geyser. The present geyser is very old can not work anymore.
Being a women and being in dire straights because they had no hot water in the flat se accepted the \PROFESIONAL PLUMBING COMPANY'S"word. He chard us R11001. We thought that because the geyser stopped to work we could claim from the insurance. The insurance company stated that the amount of R11001 is totally excessive.
I then started to investigate and found that the most expensive installation on a second floor (all inclusive would be R6500).

This is unfortunately the second time we were taken for a ride by Carlos of AquaTech Plumbing/Drainmen

AquaTech Plumbing/Drainmen was not prepared to provide any discount. We have informed the Institute of Plumbing about this over charging of services.

My suggestion to anyone who would like to make use the said company is to think again """
