RUBBISH SERVICE

I call to ask for a quote and specify that I would like Saturday delivery. At no point does the lady I am talking to tell me that they don't work/deliver on Saturdays. I receive quote and proceed with payment. Now on Friday they call to tell me they are on the way to deliver and are not willing to accommodate a late delivery for their own employer not giving the correct information. And I am told there will be no refund for a cancellation. This is unacceptable.
