No Service
Since we have signed the Offer to Purchase on the 08/07/2015 this agency have not at any stage contacted US to update us on the status of our purchase. Even though we have phoned them on numerous occasions to complain about the poor service from both the agents and attorneys, yet Sue-Ann just pulled up her shoulder and ignored us. The agents did not explain to the Attorneys the special terms in the contract correctly (they did not understand them themselves) I had to do that. Somewhere along the line someone lost our original Offer to purchase and the Copy we have is very unclear, some of the pages cannot even be read. There is not much more to complain about their service because there is no service, yet they expect and think they deserve their commission!!! It is now the 25/01/2016 and we are still busy with the purchase and absolutely no contact from the Agency...

Poor Service and response
So far we have only had bad luck with this attorney. They are too lazy to pick up their phone or drop an e-mail just to keep us up to date of the purchase of our house. Even though I have asked them on numerous occasions to do so. I had to do their jobs on more than one occasion because again, they were not able to pick up the phone and ask for it, I had to do it myself. This caused for the whole process to be delayed for more than a week. Their communication to their clients are absolutely terrible an when you dare get angry with them, they only make more promises they don't intend to keep. Our documents have been handed in with the master office on the 04/09/2015 for sing off. But till date the attorney's office only response was is that they have not heard anything from the Master and they are TRYING to put pressure on him. The whole procedure with the Masters Office was supposed to take two working days. Now, I ask is this putting pressure on someone?
