I have bought and payed for a license for Windows. After the key was not working i send a mail asking help on this, and took numerous days.Then eventually I received a mail with a new key. Still not working, so I have been sending Liezel numerous mails including my cellphone number to get the issue resolved and still no feedback. This has been ongoing for over a month now and now feedback. It is probably useless to complain here as I see other complains where people were scammed and taken for a ride.
I have been trying to get hold of Tsepelo - Manager of Sandton Autopage. Left 15 messages for they day.<br> <br> <br> <br> I received a call from Clive from the Sandton Autopage branch last week Friday as my current 3 Gig data bundle expires this month on the 23rd. As I was not keen on renewing I asked Clive what other bundles they have as I might then upgrade to a higher data bundle. Clive told me that I can upgrade to the 5 Gig data bundle for R259-00 and I asked if this will be another 24 month contract. His reply was that this is a 12 month contract and not a 24 month contract. I asked if he was absolutely sure about the this and he assured me that this is a 12 month contract as I said to him that I do not want to renew if this was going to be a 24 month contract.<br> After ensuring me it's a 12 month contract I told Clive then to sign me up for this 5 Gig data deal.<br> <br> Over the weekend I used my 3 Gig Data and received an sms that the contract has been extended to 24 months.<br> <br> No this is not what the deal was and I would like to speak to someone that can help me to resolve this issue as Clive provided the wrong info to the contract.
