My Husband Stephen Rieck went into the branch at Retail Park, Beacon Bay, East London to get advise as to whether his Policy could be paid out as we are unable to survive on the money they r paying out every month.<br> His RA was changed to a Ill Health Option as he is now receiving a Disability Grant.<br> <br> The consultant phoned Head Office and advised my husband that the policy will be paid out within 10 to 15 days, but then was advised a month later that it would not happen. <br> <br> We are terrible disappointed with the service we received. The staff at Old Mutual at Retail Park were very helpful but the problem was with Head Office
