Unnecessarily rude owner/manager

I went to Model Mania to ask advice about an item I had purchased from another shop in another area. The person in charge rudely commented that he does not want to give me any advice because I did not purchase the item from his store. I proceeded to ask him directly if he was not going to help me. He then repeatedly kept asking me if I, an adult, was \trekking 'n houding". After a brief confrontation I left the shop before losing my temper. I was treated with unnecessary rudeness and the person in charge obviously does not have a passion for his trade. STAY CLEAR!! """
