Terrible experience with Mr Suit Hire in Cape Gate! We hired a suit for a wedding, the day after my husband had small red bumps on his arms and legs. Initially, we thought this was just a skin irritation due to the dry cleaning products. During the week the red bumps got worse and worse, spreading all over his body and were extremely itchy. Eventually, they spread to me too and made us realize it must be a type of mite or fleas. We had to fumigate our bed! We informed the manager of Cape Gate who was completely unhelpful, they said there was nothing they could do. In this day and age when sanitisation is top of mind, I cannot understand how casual they are about infested clothing!
Certainly the worst service I have ever received. I have been a Cell c Fiber customer for more than a year without issue but since attempting to upgrade my fiber contract it has become a nightmare. I contacted them in the middle of April to upgrade effective 1 May 2019 and received email confirmation on 16 April that it would be effected. On 1 May 2019 when I checked my speed it had not been upgraded, I called to query this and was told to restart my router since the system says it has been updated. Once I restarted my router in all ways I possibly knew how and it still did not reflect, I called again. This time the consultant told me he would escalate it using my CF number. I then received a email asking if I wanted to upgrade my contract on 7 May 2019, what the hell! I have now called them again because my speed has still not been upgraded and they tell me I will only receive feedback on 15 May 2019. This is ridiculous! Worst of all they have been charging me for the upgraded speed since 16 April! Even although I only asked for it to be upgraded effective 1 May 2019 and when I realised it had not been upgraded I informed them immediately. Why am I being charged for internet that I do not have?!
I made a online purchase 13 days ago expecting delivery to take 7 business days max. I have sent multiple emails as well as tried contacting them via the two 011 numbers given. There has been no response on my emails and the telephone numbers are either engaged or just ring. I cannot believe just how terrible this experience has been, especially since other online stores are great. Why is it that Grabit can send you promotional emails everyday but can't answer any queries?<br> <br> DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOUR TRYING TO WASTE MONEY AND TIME!
