I have been calling Lyceum College every single day for three weeks straight to speak to Eunice Sebabo as she is the one dealing with Cancellation, I have enquired about a cancellation so i can pay it and move on with , The receptionist puts me through and it rings and the phone is eventually put down, I have sent Eunice four emails with no response, I have asked her to at least acknowledge receipt of mail no response, I asked the receptionist if there is anyone else who deals with the cancellations she has told me no that it is only EUNICE SO WHY THE F*** CAN ONE NOT REACH HER, they are unwilling to help yet my monthly debit order went off without fail this morning, Really tired of this .
My Son was born in 2011 and up until this day he has no birth certificate, Channel from Home affairs has been unhelpful and blame was initially put on head office moving offices but up until now nothing his birth certificate remains blocked and i can not put him on a medical aid or register him at school this is unacceptable and i will be making a civil case against this department. I havent even got his original birth certificate and once received iwll have to apply for an unabridged one this is Ridiculous
