Late/no payment, stock problems, poor response

I was part of Klipdrift promotions for the rugby world cup in the Vaal Triangle region. I had to drive to Johannesburg for stock(102km=204km total per trip). Pretoria's stock was couriered to a nearby place for them to fetch. When I arrived they were low on stock. The Klipdrift black gold stock ran out, how can we do a promotion without the item that is being promoted? We were supposed to get 2 bottles per outlet, and we had to use just 1 per outlet because of stock problems. We had to make our own scratch cards, coming up with the idea to write sorry try again and the prizes on pieces of paper, using it as a lucky draw. We had to split the prizes between 2 outlets (1prize kit per outlet, we received 2 kits for 4 outlets on the last activation after I threatened them that I and all my friends will not promote for them anymore if we do not receive prize kits). We received payment on 23rd and not 21st as promised. My friend and I have not yet received payment (R190=R380)for Scottish leader promtion. 2 People (Mbali (R750) and Maya (R250)) have not been paid yet. I constantly follow up but Busi says there is complications and we should receive payments soon. Professional?
