Do NOT make the same mistake

A FRAUD, that is the best word to describe Bruce Mutch the owner of POOLWISE. He is a highly unprofessional individual that gets his foot in the door by offering a great price and then disappears when it is time to finalise what he started. In March, he did grind and reline my pool and also installed a chlorinator. He never installed it properly leaving the device on top of my filter and he still owes me about R 500.00.<br> But that is not the problem, a piece of the work he did on the pool popped out, meaning that if it was not sorted in time it would just get worse as the water would start penetrating under the new layer he just applied. He promised to come to fix it.<br> <br> Now this is the interesting part - he used all the possible excuses in the book, from fiance being in hospital after a huge operation, to his kids being sick, to a broken finger due to a paver that fell on it....<br> He even said he could not come in winter because the water was cold and he could not dive in to work in cold water so we had to wait for Summer! After waiting for summer and trying to call him, he either does not answer me or tells me he is very busy and cannot help me. In total, 7 months!
