Good day<br> <br> The Billing Online company provides electricity plus water bills to residents in complex's around the Pretoria/Centurion area.<br> <br> The company provided incorrect statements siting that there was a month where payment was missed, which is not the case as surely the electricity supply would have been cut off.<br> I have since moved out of the unit yet they are unable to provide me with corrected bill where I can make final payment and receive both my letting deposit and electricity deposit.<br> <br> I have been sending emails to the company for a week and making calls to them daily, the final outcome was that there are 2900 units which they man and the query is active for all of them. Surely as a service provider you make the means and the efforts to sort out your technical error.<br> <br> There are other individuals who are in the unit and I do not know whether they are utilising units on my account or if I was disconnected as I had asked.<br> <br> I am not one to complain, however siting that there would be 2900 complaints on Hello Peter indicates that one should sit and wait rather than use their right to lodge complaints for bad service.<br> <br> Still waiting for an outcome.<br> <br> kind regards
