Coercion thiefs

CT Capital have trained professional liars - Melissa, Ankia, Pieter and their receptionist. The agent that came to see us treated us as complete incompetents and wouldn't take no for an answer. We signed up for this ridiculous 'product' to get the guy out of our house and knowing we have a cooling down period of 5days in which to cancel.. The next couple days we tried all avenues to cancel this contract and get our R15 000 refunded back to us, but to no avail. 272 minutes was spent on the phone to them and 3 emails to cancel. Melissa and Ankia says they want to help yet they take you for a fool. When they dont come back to you as promised and you call then they are either in a meeting or gone home or some lame story. Their receptionist knows who to avoid and makes up story after story. We have now reached our last day to cancel and still no one assisted. I called the Consumer Complaints Board and guess what, they are already investigating this company. We will also put a dispute in at the bank for the 'reserved funds' and they will investigate, we will also share this post on all media platforms to make people aware of these criminals. I hope the employees sleep well at night.
