Visa services no service at all - waste of money

Aviva Visa is a visa service that promises to book your visa appointment and review your documents before you go for your visa appointment.<br> <br> I sent them my documents for review but got no response, I followed up and on the Sunday (18:00) before my visa appointment the following day on Monday, they came back with a response that I needed some additional documents. Very helpful on the Sunday before my appointment on Monday morning.<br> <br> I sent them a mail saying that this is not acceptable service on their side and they responded with a snarky email in bad tone and worse attitude.<br> <br>
