Help please

I got approched by these people who offered me a job. But i have to pay R14 000.00 for the visa,passport and other certificates needed. The SA branch cant tell me if the agancy they useing is legit or not as every cou try has their own. I just want clarification on weather or not i should go ahead with this. R14 000.00 is alot of mo ey for a person who earns R3500.00, i will have to borrow the money...
