90% deposit paid, no delivery, 3 months waiting.

We have paid deposit and waited 2 months and eventually they pitched and 'started' the project only to leave 3 hours later and insisted that morning before they started that the balance of the fees be paid (which I was trusting enough to do because I was made to believe that the installation would be done that same day) , I was promised numerous times over the next month that they would come back to finish the job. They did a terrible job, the columns are all skew and the wood is not treated and warped and not fixed and loosely fitted, which is a health and safety risk to my family. It is now exactly 3 months and still waiting for the job to be done.<br> <br> Getting hold of this guy is a mission and there are always empty promises / excuses when I do get through to him.
