Bad service bad billing bad network.
Billing do I always have to fight with you guys for wrong billing? Why I'm paying 520 for a 299 contract ow sorry I forgot 299 is for telling customers lies I'm paying 325 now. I regret taking a contract with you guy if I had money to pay I would have done it ages ago.

Wrong billing always
Guys I don't know why or how can 1 be complaining about one thing if you not billing incorrectly, you're calling me telling I owe you but can't explain which month cause you hangup before answering me even again this month I'm billed wrong and I can't go thru to your call center after I changed my language to a language I prefer.

I hooe this message finds you well cause I'm not happy with CELL C. Yes I received a call from one of you guys yesterday saying my account is update I don't owe anything only to wake up with a debit order from CELL C after you guys debited my account on Saturday 25/10/2025. I've been complaining since 7/10/2025 about one thing and its like your call centre agents are clueless cause they say I only July. Old ref: 510072182 New ref: 510241017

I'm not happy with your accounts department and no one is taking accountability since the 7th of this month and I do agree I skipped one payment but I paid it mara nou you still over charging me for what good reason I don't know why or how. Got someone today and she did try to explain to me but honestly I don't understand why should I pay that amount. Here's the ref number :510072182

Bad service within the SAPS.
Bad service until today no update or communication from the detective. I was highjacked in 2023 only saw the detective once when he came to tell me he was assigned to the case and that was 1st and the last time I saw no update or communication of any kind I just wonder if his really working on my case. I even lost the case number via I don't think he was really interested in my case cause after few day I got a bogus call that my car was found but had to pay money thru PEP for them to tow it from wherever it was some boarder gate honestly SAPS is just wasted of resources. We in 2025 I havent seen or heard from him since that day he came to introduce himself.

Who's fooling who?????? U said ur delivery takes 3-4 working days ??? Via according to ur consultants Tshepi said 4-5 working days on the 05-01-16 n Mpho said 3-5qworking days which is which???? They sim confused but yet m paying my premium on a monthly base mara u can't keep ur side of bargain . So should I suffer yet m paying my premiums? So is it fair? U ignoring my emails telling about ur supplier n couriers kante who mi paying? Who's debiting from my account every month? Ur supplier ?? Ur courier company? Or mi paying finite? ?? I won't lie I'vereceived poor service from ur company as whole tx for nothing tx for letting me pay my premium while u had my phone with u...... Guess money matters the most rather than my complain or my phone

So I'v been waiting for my phone since 17/12/2015 n it hasn't been delivered i sent gerrit visser an email asking for my phone to be ddelivered coz i was leaving for Dec holidays guess what I left without my phone so i have to spend my holidays without a phone???? If u gonna deliver it that's if u still gonna deliver it who's gonna sign for it?????? Coz we all left for Xmas holidays I have to say tx for the BAD SERVICE...

I lost my phone n I insured it under truworths I logged a claim n on the 08/12/15 they called me offering me Samsung A7 wch I rejected n yesterday I received a message saying my claim has been approved who approved it without my consent? So are u forcing me to use something I don't like? worse part on the 09/12/15 I called an asked for ada options n u never called back to me those options or u gonna deliver then after 3-4 working days like it says on the sms?
