Very bad customer service after you have paid them

When installing gate motor, they drilled holes into the walls for cable and didnt cover up the holes as well as onthe pavement. Cables are visible onthe outside wall. After payment, was not given a receipt or guarantee but instead was told they would email it but i hv called and smsd countless times to no avail. I am concerned that the comoany might not even be registered. Their phone numbers are all i have which are 011 0502767 and 076273 1083.
