I cancelled my membership in March 2015 and randomly on 30/11/15 glam5 took R290 from my bank account?? This Silke womanreplied to my e-mail to say she would refund me on 04/12/15 and I'm still waiting! There is no answer on her mobile number and it seems the salon number doesn't even work! My bank says they cannot reverse the transaction because of the way glam5 has set it up....I'm so angry! Glam5 is disgusting and is causing so much inconvenience. They have not replied to my emails since 04/12/15. I will have to take my complaint to the ombudsmen.
