I called calgan around 9am today notifying them tomorrow i was fetching my goods. I was told they will be closed by 3pm. I asked if iI could come today even though i didn't have my laybey receipt. GERALD DEMBO the manager said it's fine. I asked about their delivery the salesperson said they are outsourcing it so I said I will bring mine around 3pm. Arrived there at 3:30pm my payment was processed then GERALD told me my goods were elsewhere he will fetch them tomorrow. I told him that my transport was there already and I paid R500 for delivery. He said it's not his problem there's nothing he can do for me I will just have to pay twice. I told him that it was unfair to me. He said he doesn't care coz he's just an employee and i was supposed to give them 72hours notice. I told him that the contract said the goods will be made available to me for collection immediately after the balance has been settled, I notified them 6hours prior and he's the one who said i can come today. He just left me standing there till closing time. I had to leave found him outside smoking he ignored me. He is the worst manager ever will never refer anyone there again. POOR SERVICE
