We have purchased a Hisense tumble tryer from Pick n Pay Home Online Shopping. The description is super vague so we purchased the incorrect one, it just said 'air vented' but didn't mention that it's a back-vented tumble dryer with a pipe. You can not log a return online, you have to phone in and my husband and I both sat on the line for >30 minutes. When I eventually came through, they couldn't verify the email address used for the purchase (it's literally the one we use to log in) so we can't action the return. Shocking customer service.
Worth every cent working through UIF Simplicity to assist with UIF claims. The documents needed are so tedious and they were friendly, quick to assist and very organized. I received my UIF claim surprisingly quickly after contacting them to assist. Thank you UIF Simplicity, you did a great job!
I bought a gift voucher at the beginning of the year at River Island in the Edgars store Canal Walk. I still l have proof of this payment in my bank account. It was for R 200.<br> <br> When my friend tried to use the gift voucher recently, there was nothing loaded on the gift voucher. I went to the Edgars store in Canal Walk in order to rectify the situation, and they took the slip of proof and said they would revert back to me. ( I waited 40 minutes at the counter, spoke to 3 people and no one could help me. There are NO systems in place to fix a problem like this)<br> <br> I received a phone call from a random number (assuming it was Edgars), but I could not answer as I was in a meeting. I did not get the name of the lady that helped me at the Edgars store. She did not contact me again.<br> <br> I now only have the gift voucher card and not the slip as proof, as the employee of Edgars took it.<br> <br> I emailed them 3 times in the last two weeks. Their email response states that they will reply within 48 hours. I attached proof of payment an a copy of the gift card, but received no response.
