Had my daughters 8th birthday party at build a bear tygervally today. Very bad experience, walked in they didn't even know they were hosting a party, the table I had to set up on was broken, the party host was so soft and shy, they didn't inform me that they were out of boxes so the kids had to leave the party with bears in their hands and no boxes. This party was booked in December 2024 so surely they should have received a notification for January 11th 2025. The host didn't even say the party was done or thank you kids for coming I had to assume we are done. We have attended parties at Cape Gate build a bear and the experience was beyond amazing. I think Tygervally can learn a thing or 2 from them
Dealing with such *********** rain employees, they can't answer straight and don't even know how to respond to questions. They should train their staff up. No wonder they have such bad reviews
I was utterly shocked when I was at a Woolworths store in N1 City. So I returned items (school shoes and a dress) I bought this some time ago and because they never had stock of the sizes I just thought I would wait to exchange, anyway I went to the store and finally returned my items no longer having the receipt but happy for them to put it on a gift card ****ill they get stock of the sizes I want to repurchase) the cashier that was helping me then asked my bank card and I happily handed it over to her she typed in my last 4 digits and tella me what I "purchased" at Woolworths, burgers fish fingers etc which by the way is not even accurate because I never bought those items and that at a Tygervally store. I last used my card at Woolworths in Saldanah bay keep in mind not even buying food items. So now 101 things go through my mind had someone created ***** on my bank card? Then my husband said try his bank card once again she puts the 4 didgits and it pops up that he bought shoes of 799 and a jacket etc Shocked because we never bought those items. Anyway this was now a whole POPI situation to me because firstly she nevwr told me why she needs my bank card, secondly who gave her the right to put my card digits and see my activities on my account? No I was highly annoyed and reported this to the manager. Woolworths needs to train their staff of the popi act or it will land them in so much trouble.
I requested a takkie for my daughter at Vangate mall Mr Price. I drove all the way from bayside to collect the takkie and when I called to ask if its there they said yes. Upon my arrival my huband inspected the takkie, it was worn and dirty when we told the cashier that another cashier or I think she was the supervisor said no there is nothing wrong with it my husband then put his torch of his phone on to show her the shoe was worn because it was dirty underneath and dirty inside she said in a uprupt manner "just leave it and find another customer to buy it" firstly you do not say such stuff infront of a customer that you going to clean it up steam it out and put it back on the shelve I explained to her thag athletes foot is a real thing how can she do that. I think the staff in that store needs customer experience, they do not know how to speak to customer nor do they know how to handle situations. One should also watch what you say infront of customers. I think customers must be wary when shoping at this store you cannot trust what they sell I would not be suprised they take back worn underwear too if shoe hygine is not a concern to them I would like feedback on this matter
I can't belive that this company is so bad with service! I bought a thermometer in March 2020 and to date have not received it. I called the post office and they told me the tracking number is not valid worst of all I can't get a refund!
I flew with safair on Sunday the 10th January 2021 and as per their website temperatures and sanitizers had to be done upon entering the aircraft and to my surprise this was not done. It also stated that there will be blocked out middle seats I sat with 2 other panagers close to me! I honestly did not feel safe online this aircraft especially with high covid cases in cpt and jhb.
Highly disturbed at this company, very quick to take a sale but when it comes to canceling suddenly everyone runs away! I have canceled my beame with telematix months ago and each month they are still debiting my account the bank suggested I report this as fraud! I even received a confirmation letter of cancelation now this morning I receive this sms BLACKLISTING NOTICE - no payment received for your outstanding MixTelematics account. Immediately make payment to avoid further action. Balance due: R269.96, banking details - account no: 62024574685, branch code: 255005, ref no: 994461. LGR ATTORNEYS - queries@lgr.co.za I mean like really is this people crazy or just greedy? I do not owe them anything as this has been canceled! Feeling rather annoyed right now
I really don't understand this business! I can see now why they have gone bankrupt firstly I don't own an Edcon account but I get these messages Dear MR R STEVENS, as part of the business rescue process that Jet is currently going through, a decision has been taken to close all dormant accounts, effective from 25 Sept 2020. We sincerely thank you for your loyal support and apologise for any inconvenience caused. NCRP82 Edcon I don't even know who poor Mr R Stevens is on Thursday I received a call from 1 of edcons consultants asking to speak to this person and the more I said I don't know the above person he's telling me that the person opened the account and submitted my number, the very same number that I have owned for over 25 years which was rica on my ID number. So here is the thing the people who is capturing these information need some serious training because they are capturing people's details wrong just 1 number wrong on an ID number or cell phone number can cause such alot of harm to the next person. I hope when the new company takes edcon over they do drastic changes to these kind of mistakes.
It's been 2 months since I wrote a similar review regarding the service I got from Absa consultants during lockdown. Once again I am getting calls from a particular consultant saying that my account is in arrears and what frustrates me is that she is talking about November 2019 which is almost 1year ago my payments has been going off as per usual every month how come now you calling me telling me about 2019 why is it that I didn't, nor did Absa pick this up? I spoke with so many consultants that has told me my account is up to date I even did cash payments during lock down because Absa was not debiting my account, I even make calls to absa when I see a debit didnt go off to Enquire why it didn't go off. So please explain to me this miss hap! This is the second review I am writing as a frustrated Absa client!
