This company does not care and they build houses that are too close to each other, they do not attend to complaints and dont care. At Lufhereng ext 6 they have built houses on land that is full of sink holes and house owners walls are breaking and falling next it will houses.
ADT Fidelity is useless , they have broke into our neighbors who have ADT alarm installed and they only responded 1 hour later and response person was even rude and our area does not experience load shedding and take advantage that we have singed a 3 year contract
They created a Berm and place it in our yards now we having rain water traps in our yard soon we will be having a dam due to the Berm they created and refusing to remove .
I placed an online order and paid online on the 26Oct19 at 17h02pm for Debonnaires Protea Glen and I kept calling to check how far is my order and was told its on its way and other person said they are too busy as it is month end. After 2 hours waiting in vain still no delivery I called and was told its on its way and waited for another hour still no Pizza and eventually I decided to get something with myself and wife and we went to sleep and minutes later I got a call from a guy by the name of Michael asking if we got the pizza and said no and went outside to check if someone is outside and he hanged up. The following we decided to go personally to the shop and ask for a refund and Manager by the name of Tumi promised to do a refund and asked for my email address to send me what he will process and I should get my refund within 4hours and to date I have not received my refund. Today I phoned the shop and spoke with Maria who tried assisting and she left the shop and handed over this matter to another person by the name of Rhulani who just called and call got cut off and I don't have energy and money to keep calling Debonnaires as I have called them more than enough on the 26th and again today . I am frustrated of how this is handled. I even phoned the customer care to assist in this matter. I am very dissapointed of their services. And last order I did they brought a cold pizza and I just took it and warm it myself.
Now I can be able to check balance and my R70 airtime not credited back to me and no any call to me still ......I think cell c has too many customers hence they taking queries very easy .......shocking service indeed from cell c
No phone call since only one missed call from Mpho and still not helped ......I hate Cell C ....I am not going to pay for this month invoice as I have not used any services
Wonder when will Mpho recall , call rang few seconds yesterday and as I was about to answer it was gone Still not able to use Cell C services and I am paying for non services. This is not far at all
I am writing this on yet again disappointment and unprofessionalism from Cell C call centre. Since I have downgraded from pinnacle 100 to top up on the 27July18 . 31 July 18 - Loaded R35 airtime 01 Aug 18 - Loaded R35 airtime Is the R70 loaded as Cell C cannot see my account and also myself cannot check on my phone and cell c shops checked and still they are unable to help Since the 31July 18 to date I have been calling the call centre and there is no assistance and have sent an email to cell c customer care to show proof of airtime purchase from my bank and also cell c and I cannot check balance when dialing *101# and *147# as I am getting error messages and I have been visiting cell c stores and still no assistance received as they call the call centre which is not helping my query. In this case must I pay for my contract end of month for services which I was not rendered to me? I am gatvol with Cell C
Parts not delivered after 4 weeks and Peugeot branch at Empangeni has been dragging their feet to make sure that parts are delivered from joburg to empangeni
