Pathetic service. I received my router however the router was faulty I reported the faulty router within 1 hour after installation. This is almost a month later with numerous calls. WhatsApp and online chats it is still not sorted out. I cancelled the service. Mweb has attempted to deductv3 premuims. I actually paid the first premuim in advance.
Worse bank with useless personnel. The one hand does not know what the other hand do. I have phoned several times from Nov till know. I dont owe Nedbank and still getting harassing calls from VDM.
Do not choose ADT as your security provider. When you move or cancel this is when the nightmare starts. I paid for my system in full. The new owner took over after I arranged everything. Signed the cancellation. Please never sign a debit order because its giving ADT authority to deduct whenever they want. Unfortunately you can not stop the debit order because the banks are protecting ADT. To get your refund is even worse. Lots of stories and excuses. Therefore this is a warning to all future clients. Do not choose ADT. Ever!!!!!!!

Betway use to be my first choice however the past year I have not win much . The odds to win is high. I have decided to try again has win a small amount as a test and when it came to payouts. I opted for a voucher and 3 days later still waiting for me voucher. After phoning I was told Betway is experiencing problems with the bank. Strangely I send a voucher from the bank to a friend and no problem. First you just nNOT win then if you win and this is if you wait days for payouts. Luckily you have option if you feel like gambling. Pay out my money. I will think twice if I will play again. I use to tell people how enjoyable and payput ate greati. Nowadays I will not even mention them
Sold a car which I questioned how it could pass aroadworthy. Lights not working g worn shock, l knock on steering wheel, faulty gearbox they don't even cleaned the vehicle when delivered the seats arewerner@midcity2.co.za shocking. I have filed a complaint with the Onbudsman. All the complainants need to stand together let's take this cases to Carte Blanch. Or contact the zonbusman. Werner the dealer Principal doesn't even take calls or respond. Zelda is covering for her salesman. They are so use to lies. They are advertising on OFM.. we need to warn people. I want my money back a d will not stop until I get it back.
I bought a vehicle at Midway 2 Klerksdorp. On delivery the salesman Abe de Beer committed to bring the spare key as well as remote. The car was dirty inside. He was in a hurry and never did the check with me. On the Saturday I went for a drive and realize their was no lights. My question how did this car passed the roadworthy test. The gearbox also has a problem as well as the shocks. After complaining the car was collected to so called fix the problems. After delivery the car is now even worse. Abe decided not to di anything as the matter is now closed. I have reported this matter to the ombudsman. I. The meantime I am inconvenient. How many other people is in the same situation. Midcity is selling vehicles to innocent people. They are advertising on radio. They need to be stopped.
Actually not even a half a star. After the previous review nothing happened not even a call However their employees at the Accounts Department still going strong calls. Emails Harassment. Bullying from 6am in the morning Monday to Sunday. Their service has gone down and it's seems most if not all is *********** to do the job nor do they understand.
I have been with cartrack from 2017. I purchased my own 2 units. When I sold the car I paid for de-installation of the device. I never saw my device again. DUring 2022 I bought a vehicle and a new device was installed. I kept on asking about my device no response. I had no problem with accounts or even technical problems. However on the 29th of 29 November 2024 I sold my car requested a de- and te- installation. The device was removed on the 29 November 2024. On the 10 December 2024 the premuim was deducted. Eventhough bo service. On the morning of the 29th December 2024 another premuim was deducted. The same day the installation of the device took place. It complaint and wanted to stop.payment as I had 2 premuims taken and no service. We agreed to deducted these 2 premuim from the installation charge. On the 10th the balance were deducted plus the extra premuims and another premuim. I then stopped the 2 premuims I sold the car and till date struggling to get this 8ssue sorted. After all the bulling and harrassment. I decide to end the contract. I have now file a complaint with the Motor Ombudsman.
