GPU Worx has had my GPU since March for repairs. I have had to keep following up with them for the past 9 months because there has been absolutely no initiative from them to keep me informed on the status of the repairs. Having to wait almost a year to have a GPU repaired is ridiculous and I still have no idea when I can expect to have my GPU back.
I signed up with Planet Fitness Umhlanga in March last year under the pretense that I would receive the 75% Discovery Vitality discount that they so prominently advertised on the entrance to the gym. The vitality benefit was never activated so I have been paying the full amount for the last year. During that time I have been struggling to get them to charge me the discounted amount instead of the R700 monthly fee. Every month it's the same story, I complain to the gym or the Plant Fitness call center, they tell me some story "the system is down", "they've sorted it out" or "head office needs to get back to them" etc. etc. After emailing the regional manager I've had Planet Fitness finally reach me to me multiple times during December assuring me that they are working on it but nothing has changed. During my most recent visit to the gym to get this fixed the manager convinced me to pay another R500 activation fee and couldn't get me out the door quick enough. I am thousands of Rands out of pocket at this point and I feel that I am just being ****med.
