Bushveld breakaway pamper
We saw the add on facebook. Bushveld breakaway pamper. Friday night platter. (It was a plastic platter it looked like they bought it from spar or a caffe) Saterday and Sunday champagne breakfasts (mix of juice and champagne, breakfast was not good at all) 2 swedish body massages ( i am in the beauty business. Had full spa training. His was the worst ever. All the treatments. Towels was not clean. the music... the cd jamed every 10 min. My therapist fixed it every 10min. With her touch it felt like she was copying the girl doing my husbands massage.) 2 relaxing facials (it was not clean at all. The therapist did not even ask about any of my skin concerns or nothing) 2 pedi deluxe pampers ( the therapist did not do anything on my toes. She just scrubbed, filed and massage that was it) 2 lunch packs , 2 braai packs. After the treatments on saturday we packed our things and went home. The chalet did not have any warm water at all. And when they cleaned the rooms. Everything smelled like harsh pine gell smell. Hanging in the air. They had a party at the swimming pool with very loid music. We did not get to rest and relax at all. We had to drive in to town everytime to go and eat proper.

Booking done wrong
I did a online booking. I booked 4 people for canopy touring, then after that we wanted to do 2 people tubing and 2 people kloofing. They replied they can help us at 14:00. I confirmed. We drove from Levubu (150-170km) to Haenertsburg specially for this. When we got there at 13:30. 30 minutes earlier than booked time. The girl at reception told me they only booked 2 people for canopy touring and none of the other kloofing or tubing. <br> She just replied sorry. The booking was wrong and we are late anyway because the group just left! I showed her my email with the booking and the time and confirmation. I told her how far we drove. And she was just saying... oh sorry....<br> but they can sqeeze us in at 4:00 just for canopy touring wih a 20% discount. The canopy tours take around 2hours. Then we had to drive back again to Levubu. Had to sit around and wait again for another 2hours to go on the touring. So we just left and gone home. All for nothing!
