Doorpro -Unit 18 Westar Bussiness park, Stormill, Roodepoort. These guys fitted a used roller shutter door - and charged us a whack for a pile of new parts etc. and were adamant that the heavy door operation would get better as it got used - and we were not to worry as they guaranteed their work so would fix any issues - I have now been trying to get them back to fix a broken spring since November 2021 - that they fitted - and the door is a danger to staff - but they just ignore my requests .
Sales call says "try and buy" - then when they deliver they have small print on delivery note negates the sales pitch. Cartridges leaked all over inside of printer - so then they say you must pay for the cartridges other wise they are handing you over to there legal team to blacklist you Pure harassment. I asked the sales lady please play back where I agreed to take the cartridges and she couldn't answer me either. But they are recording the conversation when they request payment - and when you push pack they are going to lay a case of defermation - super aggressive DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS
Kevin - Tried to sell cartridges to us - did not work - will not return them - then tries to intimidate you saying it was some discount and you have committed to buying additional product - then gets aggressive - What a absolute nightmare - I have a recording of him abusing my staff with every obscenity in the book when asked to return the cartridges - STAY AWAY !!!!!!
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR ITS WARRANTY Had new geyser installed - worked for 3 months and went faulty The fault was diagnosed as a burned connector between the thermostat and element which is an electrical connection (built in spade connector ) between both brand new parts of the new geyser - 100% all part of the geyser as they are mated and fit into each other. Firstly they claimed it was incorrectly wired - referred to a picture of 3 core electrical wire - ours had the standard red and black 20 Amp wire used in 99% of houses in SA Then spoke to Thabitha who then referred me to her manager He then told me that even though this a connector between both of the new parts it must have been caused by running the geyser empty - which it has not - but got really aggressive and would not waver.
I called Aquamecca to look at my borehole which was tripping the circuit breaker <br> Within the same day they removed the pump , isolated a faulty cable on the pump , pressure tested the motor and pump and reinstalled it in a professional way.<br> Deon was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and honest as many a contractor may have taken a chance to replace either the pump or motor.<br> Christo was also very helpful on the phone and an all round pleasant experience <br> I highly recommend them
