My son had injections with him just under a year ago and will be traveling abroad again on Thursday. When calling he refused to confirm whether my son would need another vaccine but insisted he had to come in for a consultation. He had no appointment available but refused to look up the information and send it to me so I can have the vaccinations done at another doctor if he needs it. Is it not his duty to share this information and make sure the patient comes first before him wanting to make money off another vaccination? 'I have 42000 patients, can't look them up individually and I don't share information'.'I don't work like that'. Your patients health and safety comes first before trying to make money off them. Remember that the next time you just put the phone down in someone's ear when people are in need of urgent help.
