Breach of contract - Dishonest Business man
<p>PATRICK MATLALA - DISHONEST BUSINESS MAN - Not to be trusted - ********** 007081. Please see previous posting. This is an update. Despite numerous calls, messages, sms and calls to the factory land line PATRICK MATLALA does not return the calls, even blocked numbers as he is aware that we are endevouring to make contact to establish where is the R 13 000 deposit (60%) or manufacure/ deliver of cane suite - Deposited 8 MONTHS AGO. We have gone to the Small Claim Court. He is not concered about the legal route. A warrant for attachment of propery has been delivered but this too does have any affect on him. We will now proceed with Section 65 through the Small Court to obtain response or take action by the WARRANT to Attach his Propery.<br /> <br />Please do not deal with this "businessman" as he is a SCAM.</p>

Breach of Contract
<p>Please see previous posts with regard this unscrupulous businessman Patrick Matlala ID ********** 007081.</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite assistance sought from the Small Claims Court which resulted in a Letter of Demand having been issued and delivered by the Sheriff. Patrick has made no effort to either refund the R13 000 deposited given for the manufacture of cane furniture or deliver the furniture. In view of which a Warrant Of Execution Against Property was issued. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is is most disappointed as the deposit was given in good faith and he was out to Breach the Contract from the outset.</p>

BREACH OF CONTRACT
I would like to advise the public to be cautious when dealing with PATRICK MATLALA ID 7402206007081 from Ngwato Cane Factory CC. He is an unscrupulous business man who has not delivered on his promise to manufacture a cane suite since December last and will not refund the R13 000 deposit. After a great deal of pressure from my side he provided an acknowledgement of debt on the 11th February 2016 which has not be honoured. Since the latter he will not take or return my calls.

Non delivery and retain of deposit
Early December 2015 I requested PATRICK MATLALA ID 7402206007081 from NGWATO CANE FACTORY to make me a 2 seater cane couch and 2 chairs. He requested 60% being R12 000 upfront as the suite will be delivered within 10 days - 3 months I am still awaiting. Enormous pressure was made the following days following my commitment to order the suite to credit the deposit to his personal account. Little did I know that he had no intention to deliver on his commitment. As of the 3 March 2016 I still await my suite. He has provided a letter of intention to either deliver on his promise or refund the deposit of R12 000 within 14 working days ending 2 March 2016. To no avail. ONCE AGAIN an unfulfilled promise.<br> <br> Patrick has been full of unfulfilled promises from day one. He does not take my calls and makes his staff lie on his behalf. I have requested photos of progress which initially he did not provide despite promised \I will send in an hour\" Last week I received a photo of cane which looks a mess of some sort.<br> <br> "
