STAY AWAY! I suspect they are going out of business. Do not give them your money. Bought an item and the money left my account. One week later I chased and they said there was no record of payment. Provided proof of the transaction and was fobbed off for a week while "accounts look into it". Today I got an email offering a refund which was actually a credit note that could take 3 months to process. When I emailed back, the email bounced. Their website is gone. The phone goes to voicemail. Do NOT give them any of your money.
I took my car in for a variety of work, including the repair of the ac fan (which involves fiddling with parts of the dash).

Picked up the car on 10th Dec 2015 and there was a 40cm crack in the windscreen. Immediately called the guy from reception out and he saw it and immediately said it would have to be replaced. He said he would contact who they use (they don't do windscreens) and get back to me.

By the beginning of Jan nothing had happened. Called Vehicle Whisperer and the same guy said he would call the windscreen company.

Again nothing happened. Called again last week and spoke to the owner. He said he knew nothing about it and would need to see the windscreen. Took it in this morning and he refused to take any responsibility. He said that extreme heat could have done it (this while the car was parked in their workshop). I pointed out that the crack starts right at the bottom of the windscreen not at any previous stone pit (there are none) and must have been a result of whoever was working on the dash.

I would advise people to STAY AWAY FROM VEHICLE WHISPERER on Steve Biko
