An order was placed for sport clothing, which the company insisted being paid before delivery. The items were paid and upon delivery, the items did not fit any of the players. The items were sent back and a request was made for either replacement of items in sized fittings or return of money. Seeing that we could not utilize these clothing items at our tournament, the players rather decided to opt for their money back. Since October 2015, it became an issue to either get a response to the matter or an answer directly from employees at [Email Removed] and Eduan Smith. I will not at any stage recommend this company to anyone ever and are mostly dissapointed at how eager they were in the payment of the money, but now upon return it seems that there is a huge problem.
