We contacted Jacques Stoltz of Infinity Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (recommended by Hirsch in Fourways) to repair our Defy washing machine as we were having some issues with it. He took the mother board and a part to repair along with payment for the repair of the parts. It has been over a month and he has failed to return the parts and refund our upfront payment.
