I have activate assist cover on my policy. I have been on the line for more than 2 hours with no one to assist me , I keep getting transferred from one person to another. The activate assist offers assistance for pest control. No one seems to understand what I am requesting
My service light on the Fibre box is red. It has been 3 days and no resolution. I made multiple calls as a technician needs to come out but to no avail. No call backs or feedback. I work from home so internet connection is vital. Extremely frustrating 😤

Breach of contract. Rewards are not being paid out. Last payout in April 2025 yet the balance clears Every month on the app but never comes into my bank account.
I had small repair on my vehicle. The handling of the claim up was quick , efficient and the assessor was very professional. Apart from the Activate App that needs some tweaking. The claims process was smooth.
The Absa activate app is absolutely terrible. The weather maps do not show the location of the Storm or area. It is useless without the area names.
