We had arranged a party for my 10 year old daughter on the 7th November 2015. Considering the concern not to disappoint my daughter we paid the amount in full on the 22nd October 2016 in the amount of R3 250,00. On the 29th October I called to inform them that we need to move the date by one week to the 14th November. I did this in the presence of three witness. I had confirmation from all my daughters friends, parents that they will be there on the 14th. On the 14th Leana did not pitch when we called her she indicated that the appointment was for the 21st November but that she would call me back in the next 5 min. Till today there has been no call from her at all. Both my adviser and I have been trying to follow up on the repayment of my payment of R3 250,00. The disappointment of my daughter is unbelievable and the embarrassment that we have suffered as a family has forced us to report this incident to prevent other families falling for this companies gross misrepresentation and dishonesty.
