No installation or refund

Rick and Rikus came to see me in November 2015 to give me a quote on a solar geyser.<br> I was told that on acceptance of the quote I needed to pay a 60% deposit after which they would schedule my installation within 10 days.<br> I was getting daily calls, sometimes twice a day until I accepted the quote and made the 60% deposit (R 7817)<br> Thereafter, no more calls. I waited for the 10 days and when I heard nothing about my installation date, I called again. I got no answer but got an sms stating that they had issues with their bakkie and as soon as it was fixed, they would schedule the installation. Again, the whole of December went by and at the beginning of January, I contacted them again via sms as again they were not answering their phones. That time I was told that the rainy weather was playing havoc with their installations and they were running behind schedule. So the excuses went on until there was no more contact of any form. It is now 3 months since I paid my R 7817 deposit and I still have no solar geyser and no money. I have since e-mailed them and sent sms's asking for a refund of my deposit but to date have had no response.
