Really impressed by Lerato Khumalo she was friendly and helpful even though they were not able to match my premium I'm still glad that I got to interact with her well done
They are a terrible with the deliveries I placed an order on the 08.04.2025 online Incredible Connection the delivery was scheduled for the 11th April but then for some reason it wasn't delivered I've followed up with Incredible Connection but yesterday they logged a complain I had to call in again today still no luck they must just stop trading because they are unreliable period!!!!
Bad communication I've placed an order online last week already and I still have to be the one calling to make a follow up
I just needed clarity on a benefit and they were helpful

I have never been this disappointed, I took out a contract on the 21.10.22 at an MTN store in Chilli Lane, there was a promotion in the Oct 22 Catalogue for the Huawei Nova 9se it included the Huawei Band 6 free, so when I collected the devise from the store they had advised that the Band needs to be claimed from Huawei, I did contact them and they came back and advised that the promotion was for MTN so the Band was supposed to be received in store with the devise I then made contact with the store they advised that they will check and advise they then advised that they had escalated the matter to their head office till this day I have not received the Band, on the other hand they registered an incorrect number they inserted one digit incorrectly so basically I am not even getting the airtime as per the contract so I have tried calling them a number of times no one from the head office is able to assist they have the most poorest customer service never will I recommend any one to use the network as they don't care about their customers and I have made it clear that I will not pay I will only for the amount charged for the devise since it's the only thing received from them
I was looking for a lower premium and Tumelo kodisang he's service was excellent
I am truly with the best insurer in times of need they're always on my side Thanks to Nivar who made sure that my claim was attended
They have affected my credit as they have listed the account after I did not study at all with them I did enroll in March 2020 for a Diploma in credit management I was assisted by Loyd Nengobela a student consultant, then on the 29.05.2020 I sent a cancellation letter due to some unforeseen circumstances but I called and they requested that I send the a letter of which I did mind you they had already received R15 000 from TFG bursaries, and they debited my account during that duration so how can they go and list me for services that I didn't use instead they got money for free there were a number of follow ups with them but they're just unreasonable
