Never been insulted and treated so badly by a so called"professional"Maureen de Wet. I was so surprised that a director of one of the oldest Conveyance Law firms in Vereeniging was so rude, stooping to defamation of character and not even allowing me to speak. I was under the impression that clarity was going to be made regarding a OTP that was a fraudulent transaction by her personal Estate agent friend at Huizenmark, Diedre Nel. The actual intention was to deflect blame and belittle me as a client. I am shocked by this conduct and am not sure what became to the ethical code of lawyers and Estate agents and the unbiased basis that is essential to law. I also wonder why it became personal and why the actual OTP was not even discussed. Maureen De Wet even left the room with the Agent and potential buyer to continue the meeting privately away from I quote "those money hungry people who managed to find a loophole"
I want to know the reason for the delay in processing this claim and the date when it will be finalized? My complaint is not resolved by each time giving the same response ( in process) and no further information. Could some person give me a actual reason why it is 6 weeks and still in process and by when can I expect it to paid. I don't appreciate demand letters from Ampath when my medical aid is having some kind of problem. With reference to the following call ID's160216CJM4PY, 160216CJM6PL, 160216CJM6PL, 160216CJM6PL, 160216CJMGXG all on the 2016/02/16. This is the same query which is still not resolved. I need to find out when this claim for Ampath will be finalized and paid. I keep getting the same unsatisfactory answer that it is still be processed. I will then get a bad payment history due to the tardiness of Bonitas. This is the second time I am having problems that Bonitas pays a claim so late. I was always happy with Bonitas but the service is becoming worse while the fees keep increasing.
