Please will someone at Nissan Head office phone me with regards to a very serious problem I am encountering with Leon at BB Nissan Silverton. This man sold me a vehicle with a broking steering rack and lots of other small problems. He offered to fix the small thing. My vehicle has been in for these repairs but nothing was fixed. Yet he is still offering to fix them. He however will not take on the responsibility to have the steering rack fixed which was broken already when I bought the vehicle. I would think these type of actions would be against Nissan's company policy. Leon is now threatening me with the car tracker that is on the courtesy vehicle that I am still driving because he does not want to pay to have my steering rack fixed. This is shocking behavior from a person that claims he cares for his clients. I am a single mother of two. I need my vehicle for the line of work I am in, yet it is standing at another dear ship that did a full investigation and found what is wrong with it. He is putting my life in danger by selling me a vehicle that is not supposed to be on the road. I want my money back, I want this deal cancelled!! Leon is a lier and only has the size of his wallet of his mind.
I have experienced unusual side effects to my chronic medication from Cipla. I brought it under the attention of my pharmacist that could have cared less. Cipla uplifted the batch and one of their Doctors contacted me to discuss the issue. She said that it sounded like there where placebo tablets in that batch that I started using. On a different occasion I noticed that the capsules had odd amounts of granules in them. I can understand if this happens with your daily vitamin or the odd flue capsule but under NO circumstance should it occur in medication that has a direct effect on the central nervous system of your brain for crying out loud!!!! I am experiencing the same effects as I did a couple of months ago. I can feel it immediately when something is not right with my medication. This is a very very serious matter that is being taken very lightly. How many other patients are on Venlor that are feeling ill from their medication or fall into a deep depression but doesn't realize that it is their "happy pills" that are causing them to feel so awful? How many times has it been prescribed to help someone feel better but changed to a different anti-depressant because they thought it didn't work but infact there is a problem at the manufacturer in India? Are different ingredients being used, is something left out perhaps. Can some please investigate this and give feed back as this has clearly not been resolved!!
I have encountered a huge problem with my prescribed chronic medication for depression several months ago. I was lucky enough to come to the realization that it was in fact the medication that was making me feel ill. I brought it under Hanlie the Pharmacist at The Local Choice Falls attention and the Phama company that distributes the medication, Cipla. Cipla told me at that the time that Venlor is manufactured in India and it will have to be sent back there to have it tested. I received several phone calls from Cipla at the time but as to date no feed back. This is chronic medication that I have been taking for years. I started feeling ill again yesterday and contacted Hanlie my pharmacist first thing in the morning to find out if she has had feed back from Cipla as I was feeling strange again from my medication. Her reply to me was that she is too busy she cant look up a contact number for the contact person at Cipla so that I can phone the lady myself. I am disgusted by her attitude and her extreme lack of concern. I will get in contact with Cipla but I will NEVER put my foot in that pharmacy again nor will I ever refer anybody to them either!!!
I have ordered a treadmill through Makro online. I have received terrible service from them. The treadmill is a prize in a competition that has ended already and I have have been waiting over a week now for delivery. I have phoned Makro online customer care numerous times for the last 3 days with no luck! Dawn Wing couriers was supposed to deliver it by Wed 17:00 Waybill:Z319249
I have ordered and a paid for a treadmill on Makro online. I have been waiting over a week for deliver. I have phoned at least 7 times to follow up as this is a prize in a competition and needs to be delivered ASAP. Every time I phone and speak to a customer care consultant at Makro online the same questions are asked and promises are made but still no delivery and nobody has the decency of to phone me back to let me know what is going on!!! I am still waiting for, Edwina, Qinisekile, Linda to give me feedback as to WHY this treadmill has not been delivered yet.
I wanted to join the gym but missed a special that virgin was running on a R700 cash back if you come to gym 24 times in two months you get a R700 cash back paid into your account. A month later I get a call from the sales guy Mbulelo saying that they have extended the special but only for the first week in Dec. I joined because of this cash back deal. I only had half of the time to work in all my days to get my cash back in February and I did it BUT I never got my money back! According to them I was short of one day! This mistake could even have been made on their side but they refuse to pay over my money. I had half of the time that the other members had to make up the 24 days as I only joined a month after the promo started but I still did it!! Nobody is interested in helping me sort this out. I want my R700. It's a week later and I'm still waiting for the manager of Virgin Active Benoni to get back to me with a resolution.
