Waybill: LL-EWAN89 - I deposited a parcel in a locker last Sunday (4/4) and for some unknown reason the system didn't register the parcel. I went on Monday and when I entered the pin another locker opened. The parcel was stuck in the locker till Friday (10/4) afternoon. From Monday till Friday I made calls, sent whats-ups and email, got ref numbers everyday without any luck and no real assistance. Then on Friday afternoon I called the call center again and Dean Jordaan took my call. Within 15 min he organised for the lockers to be opened and the driver to checked all the lockers and search for my parcel. I drove their and we got the parcel. He really went the extra mile to assist me after a week of frustration. The driver was also very helpful even though it was past 5 already and he had a lot of parcels. Thank you to Dean and the driver.
I have placed my order for Pure Garcinia Combogia Extract pills on the 8th January 2016 and although they said that I will receive the products within 14 working days, I still haven't received my products. The money were deducted from my account the same day I placed the order and I am sending mails and phoning them on a weekly bacis. This is very disappointning. Is there anybody else who haven't received their products? Is this a scam?
