The Vodacom Fibre has been giving 0.18 mbps speeds since Friday in the whole of Alberton. When calling the call centre I am told that the outage is still active and they cannot provide me with a estimates time of repair or what the problem is. When I asked for a discount on my account the call centre agent changed the subject. Been with Vodacom fibre since January and has logged 8 service requests. Very bad service. My Telkom ADSL had better service than this.
My ADSL at home went off on 03/06/20. Called twice that evening but the call was not answered. Called again on 04/06/20 and logged a failt. Called on 06/06/20 to get and undate but was told my fault was lost in the system so a new fault. Since then I called Telkom 9 times and my fault is at the testing centre and nobody fromTelkom contacted me. I am working from home for an essential service but thay does not seem to make a differance to Telkom. Very bad service as usual.
Orders from the Braaishop and now they are not delevering my parcel as was promised. Also cannot get hold of them. Send them emials, SMS and left a complaint on the web site. You can call their number but no answer and the voicemail box is Full. Please dont use them the service is terrible.
I have on numerous occasions unsubscribed from your mails during the past 12 months, but the mails just keep coming. I have also told your sales people to stop calling me and remove me from their database, this requests are ignored. I have also spoken to the owner of the Dealership, but are still getting emails.
Hi<br> <br> My account gets paid via debit order. For the past 3 months it get suspended 4 days after the payment has been made because MTN has not allocated the money and closed the invoice. <br> <br> This is complete unacceptable. Because of MTN problems I get inconvenienced every month. When calling 808 they refuse to open my number.
