DONT GO THERE

I took my car to meko motors aka. BK motors in dec 2015 for a timing belt that snaped they said the whole motor needs to be overall and the price is R7000 I paid R3500 and they told me that I can pay of the other over 2 months when the car is done ... it is now 4.03.2016 yesterday the car was done I wasn't very happy but I need my car back ... now they want full payment and money for new starter before the release my car ...what now ???
