My wifes phone got ****** at hennops virgin active RED.The person who stole the phone was seen in the bathrooms. Virigin active hennopspark staff where not that much of an assistance because they say the member was is regular and the is no proof that she stole the phone.There has been so much increase of ********ity and stuff going missing, cars getting ****** at the hennops Virgin Active red .Virgin active seems to be only interest in claiming that their hands are tight .Virgin active seems to be not interested in the safety of their clients and overall wellbeing.They are to quick to absolve themself from any form of accountability for our wellbeing our safety and safety of our properties. Yes we know that while we are there ,we need to keep our personal belogings safe and be overwhelmingly conscious of our surroundings . But to be given a heartless and dismissive uncaring attitude from this institution is short of sad.They claim to be for our health(mental and physical) but having seen what my wife was put through is nothing short of shameful shoddy representation from Virgin active RED. The increase in ******** activity is worrying and to see the lackluster attitude from Virgin active is scary .One day its just phones,cars and lousy things such as shoes ,but the crime that is on an increase is an indication that soon something worse is on the cards. Crimes start small and with uncaring/dismissive brands such Virgin active it grows and escalate to violent crimes, where serious harm is done to people even life's getting lost. The security and safety of people clearly is not that a concern to them, clearly we are just numbers and profit mules who's lives, properties and sanity is not respected or of interest to virigin active. This place used to be a feel good sentuary for my wife who recruited me to join,but this experience has changed our look and how we see this brand moving forward. The Person who stole my wifes Phone who according to the staff is a regular, has gone on to use my wife sim card stole her identity on watapp and contacted het contacts trying to **** them of money and other personal information.Virgin active then pretends that this is a norm and it happens in this crime ridden South africa.. My wife is currently traumatized as this ******** has gone as far as accessing her personal information and threating her through sent messages to her on her 2nd number using the ****** number demanding passwords. My wife is currently us in a state trying to recover by blocking all important apps and changing passwords. She hast trust in the virgin active gyms as the staff have no empathy towards her ordeal.
Had a lovely relax birthday weekend at this hidden gem out in the beautiful serene Magaliesburg .escaping the urban Hassle and business this place rejuvenate one energies .the quite simple hikes in this countrylike farming community just ground you and bring your reinvigorate your wholeheartedly..the massage parlor where great. The kitchen and the chefs did their things .great meals through out I really felt special on my birthday day weekend .thanks to the managers and his team of dedicated stuff for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.
The stay was calming easy and very enjoyable for my birthday. The surrounding farm style experience,the simple easy hiking spot and the most talk about hidden forest hike was exceptional. The food was out of this world the chefs did their things .for the experience we got and the value for money makes the place a hidden gem for those living in urban Gauteng to go out into the farming style rural/country like environment to unwind rejuvenated and distress .....easy easy laid back experience very wonderful.
Guys is there any one who has any thing good to say about leisure portfolio. Because for me it's been 3 years of expensive and stressful experience relationships of continually being ****med threaten with lawyers and .their services are the worst .they are never available to account or give clarity to their customers or assistance. Every year when it my time to use the services for vacation booking or banking it is awlsy such a stressful and time consuming experience. Please assist me I want to end this worst night mare of an experience . I am financially strained emotionally abused and taken advantage of in the worst possible of ways available under the sun . Capitec is criminals with their clandestine charges that are not known to us or where never discussed.we left all these other banks for capitec because of them being the cheaper banks for us those on the lower side of affordability. We used to get sms for our monthly banking charges expenditure and savings ,we could track our charges and where our monies us going .now they stop undating us with those sms and when one checks his banking app the extra charges that where never mantioned or explains to us as their client. I might aswell go back to standard bank or FNB because capitec is just as expensive as them are but pretending to be the banks of the lower end of society . I am sicken by my bank statement.
Unlike pnp and dischem who continued to inflate prices and further pushing the already struggling customers deep into poverty . Shoprite remain true to their slogan of ensuring the most basics of food and daily consumed product are affordable.when other saw this pandemic as way of making millions of already challenged customers shoprite kept their prices afforbable. As things go back to normality we must alwsy remember that pick and pay and dischem was never there for us in our time of need .. Welcome to shoprite .
My policy number for safrican is :000595683 and the scheme number :S015843,They are a bunch of crooks who are content in taking poor poeple hard earn money and look the other way when they supposed to deliver,we have put a claim with them for funeral claim till today we still have to see a cent of that claim.after 7 years of religiously paying for funeral cover, Safrican said the claim will be sorted in 48 hours it's been 6 days now we had to make more debts just so that we can get the funeral behinds us after realising that they are not forthcoming ,in that 6 days of waiting they dnt even update us on where the hold up or issue that are delaying the payment . Safrican has exposed us to the horrors of these fraudulent,bogus and corrupt insurances going about claiming our monies with no intention to pay claims in times of needs. Please helo Peter can you help us get our monies back.
It has been 3 month going back and forth with sanlam sky(channellife policy05138031) ,they have been stealing my money and debiting me an amount that is not agree with n my policy. They do not want to pay me back all the money stolen even though they agree the mitsake on their part still they continue to debit me these amount on a monthly basis claiming it is their computers department at fault . I have writen many compliant here on helo Peter and many on sanlam organization itself with no help in sight or sense of responsibility to get this matter to rest . Now since December 2019 it has been mylife to ensure ever week i fone write email or complain just to make sure that at the end of the current month they do not debit but they alwsy promises and promise yet they debit.
I wrote a review a week ago about the fraudulent ,inflaited amounts that the sanlam has imposed on my funeral policy 01538031,they are still debit me theover inflated illigal amount even after having said it was their IT department at fault and they have fix the wrong debit amount ,on the 28 of feb i got debited again 650 instead of 325 ..clearly some one is collecting bonus for such criminal activity that sanlams seem to trive on . All they knw i to send a person this emotionaless automated responsed email that are vague and do not adress one problem . sending such response you will never hear from them again until they are about to debit and find no money in my account.
I have a funeral policy(05138031) with sanlamsky/channel life for over 10 years the policy diduction have been increasing and the benefits are not .i last year November i made them aware of this and they told all i need to do is write them a letter to effect or adjust my benefits as per my request. Because for over 10 years i did not recieve any policy adjustments for the benefits all they kept on doing was increase my monthly payments .my request was receive my sanlamsky and the changes were made and my policy benefit adjusted as per my request but to my horror the new monthly installments was double up way too much . And i was disgusted by the way the company handled my issues they failed to even give proper reasosning and answer as to why they have done this .why so much increase while i had no policy benefits increase since 2006 inception of this policy. They have failed me and where never upfront or thruthfull.they are just a bunch or corrupt and dishonest people. They have been using delay tactics and ignoring me and my email instead of us sorting this out. My policy debit was increased from 250 to 325 and now they debit me all most 700 . When i ask them to explain this no one care to do that .i was told my installment will be reversed bck to 325 and i will get back my 700 .to my honor they said i will not be getting bck that 700 becasue i was in arrears. Before all of this i was never inform or made aware if such arrears . So can helo peter help me get to the bottom of this .and uncover what is really happen to my policy
