Bad workmanship

I have had a Wendy house installed as a servants quarters and a small shed installed by A+M Wendyhouses. Alec came out and did a quote for the structures on several occasion I explained that the 2m x 3m was for my domestic to live in therefore I would like this structure to be done properly. On receipt of the quote I paid in full as I do not believe in dept. A team of workers arrived on Monday 7th March and installed both structures. I was not at the house on completion of the job therefore on my return I sent Alec a few photos of items that I felt had not been done to a good standard. I explained that I was sure this was not his standard of work and please could he come and look at the workmanship himself so that we can discuss the few issues and solve them. As far as Alec is concerned I should have been at the house when the work was finished and therefore once his staff leave the property he takes it as the work is complete and acceptable. I feel due to the fact I have paid in full Alec sees no reason to sort this problem out. I have photos and feel these should be available for clients to see the bad workmanship. Nothing is ever done about sub standard work. Clients just pay.
