I had booked Lea M in August last year. I obtained her services to do my husbands surprise party at Blue Lagoon Bowling Club . She was on time and very easy to work with. All the guests enjoyed her presence. She never fussed about times but was very direct about her times but still she stayed 2 hours longer than expected. In September she contacted to tell me that her laptop was stolen and she did not have the images for me as all was downloaded on her laptop and offered a full refund, I was very disheartened but she offered to do another shoot where my kids and I did a private family location shoot. It was awesome and great intimate memories. She went the extra mile in bringing a cake along and extra props. Some photos that were taken from the party that my guests had she included in some special editing. I may have lost the actual pictures but she went out of her way to make up for something that was not her fault. I saw the complaints on Hello Peter and had to write on her behalf. She can't be blamed if someone stole from her. Leane is a really great photographer and i will recommend her to anyone. awesome pics and awesome memories captured.
