Refund not received on the due date (07-04-2016)

John Katanko from Khumo Properties and Auctioneers, provided me with a refund confirmation letter, advising I<br> will receive my funds after 21 working days, and the due date was on the 07-04-2016, but still i haven't received the funds, and Nathan is aware of the the above, as I was including them on my correspondences with John, and prior to that, i had a meeting with him on the 07-03-2016, and he advised that the company works has a working relationship with John, and he will assist me in getting the funds, but still today nothing has happened.
